Each cat gets minimum human interaction twice a day, as they are fed and their room is cleaned. Additional personalized treat time and playtime can be added as an additional features.

We can accommodate special requests for this need on a limited basis. Once you have created a reservation please contact us via email or phone to coordinate.

It is our policy to reach you at your provided emergency number to inform you of the issue and get guidance from you on treatment. If we are unable to reach you we will take your cat to our contracted veterinarian or emergency clinic for consultation and treatment. Any medical charges incurred for the care of your cat will be reimbursed to Griffin Rock at check out.

Yes, you can change these times up to 24 hours in advance.
